The Web Site offers a simple, direct on-line shopping service with all the advantages of having a wide catalogue of products updated and available from anywhere through an Internet connection.
GENERAL
All prices are in Euros and in accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price. The User will be able to see a breakdown of the amount of the product and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them. For Users residing in other areas outside the national territory who are interested in some of the products offered, they should contact us beforehand using the contact form or by telephone.
The Proprietor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of purchase or unless there is a manifest typographical error.
The Proprietor reserves the right to refuse an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or with whom there have been problems with payment for previous purchases.
OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
All Users who make a purchase through this Website declare that they are of legal age and, where appropriate, with full capacity to use means of payment and that they have sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products, the User also declares that they fully and unreservedly accept all the conditions of this Legal Notice.
You can place any order as a guest without registering or by registering as a customer beforehand. The User may place one or more orders for the purchase of products or services offered through the Website.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT
All orders placed within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands will be sent by courier and will have a delivery time of 24-72 hours from the departure of the products from the facilities.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping time may vary depending on the corresponding customs procedures.
Once the product has been shipped, the User will receive an email indicating that the product has left the facilities with a tracking number on their mobile phone via SMS in order to locate the shipment.
A first delivery attempt will be made to the delivery address indicated when placing the order. If at the time of delivery it is not at this address, a second delivery will be rescheduled and the User will be informed by telephone.
If for any reason it is not possible to make contact to arrange delivery, the User may write to info@giseledenis.comso that the necessary contact information and/or assistance can be provided
There is no minimum order requirement. Orders are not handled or delivered on weekends and public holidays.
Delivery charges will be specified once the consumer has entered the delivery address of the products. These costs will only apply when the order is less than 15 Euros and the user is not registered as a User. In general, for orders of less than 15 Euros, the shipping costs will be as follows:
Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3 Euros.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 6 Euros.
The additional transport costs caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.
PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
In compliance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 of 27 November 2017 supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, the User making an online payment transaction must do so by means of enhanced authentication. Depending on the chosen means of payment and the economic value, with the exceptions provided for in the Directive, the User will have to provide a second identification factor before placing an order, such as a PIN code that the User will receive on his/her mobile phone and that he/she will have to enter to validate his/her purchase.
According to the PSD2 Directive, strong authentication exists when at least two of the following elements are used for authentication:
Knowledge: something that only the User knows, e.g. password, PIN code, access data, etc.
Possession: something that only the User has, e.g. a mobile phone where an SMS is sent to verify the operation, email address, etc.
Inheritance: something that the User is, for example, the possibility of biometric verification, either by fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.
These elements are independent of each other. That is to say, that a breach of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and that the confidentiality of the identification data is always protected.
For the convenience of the User, we provide different ways to make the payment:
Credit card.
This payment method is immediate, totally secure and verified by Redsys secure servers in the payment gateway. Under no circumstances will credit card details be disclosed.
Accepted credit cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro and Master Card.
Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. Secured cards have security codes associated with them and, at the end of the payment process, the card is transferred to the bank's payment gateway, where these codes must be entered. If you do not have a secured card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and passwords.
PayPal.
Secure payment solution that allows buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. By selecting this method when finalising the order, the User will directly access the PayPal website. You do not need to enter bank details, you only need to have a PayPal account created and you can make payments by entering only your email and password, you can also create the account at the time or make the payment directly by entering the details of the credit card. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In compliance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, information is provided on the User's right of withdrawal.
When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Holder (distance selling), the User shall enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in article 103.

The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not compulsory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In the event of withdrawal by the User, the Owner shall refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such reimbursement shall be made using the same means of payment used by the User.

According to Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the rewritten text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to (among others): "The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery."
In relation to this section, with the User's order, the User gives his prior express consent, with the knowledge and acceptance on his part of the exceptions contained herein, and consequently in such cases, he loses his right of withdrawal.
RETURNS
The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
The return of an order can be total, including all the products of an order, or partial, including only some of the products of the order. If the product to be returned is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the complete pack.
If the order includes a promotional gift, in the case of returning the product that includes it, the unopened promotional gift must also be included in the return of the order.
The return shipping costs will always be paid by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the product has not arrived in perfect condition (3€ for mainland Spain, 6€ for the Balearic Islands and 20€ for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands).
For safety and hygiene reasons, the requirements for requesting the return of a product are that the product is in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Return process step by step:
1. Request the return by writing us an email to info@giseledenis.com including the following information:
The order number to which your return corresponds.
The reference you wish to return.
The quantity of units you wish to return.
The reason for the return.

2. Our Customer Service team will verify the information provided.
3. If the information is valid, we will authorise the return and contact you to arrange collection of the product. You will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare the shipment and confirming the collection date on which you will have to deliver the product to the carrier as agreed. You will be able to track your return at all times by the tracking number, sent via SMS to your mobile phone at the time of collection.
4. If the information is not valid, we will contact you to try to correct any errors and facilitate the return process.
5. Once we have received your product, our Customer Service team will check that the return requirements have been met. If everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the payment within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Remember that the cost of collecting the product will be deducted from the refund.
6. If the return requirements are not met, we will not proceed with the refund, we will send you an email explaining the reasons that prevent us from refunding the merchandise and we will call you to see how we can help you.
AVAILABILITY
The Holder undertakes not to make available to Users an item that is not in stock except in the case of a computer error or any other imponderable situation. In the event of such an unfortunate occurrence, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with the latter.
